All purchases made through Hidden Gemz Magazine are final and non-refundable. This includes digital magazines, physical magazine copies, features, promotional services, tickets, subscriptions, and other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by Hidden Gemz Magazine.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the product or service description, pricing, and applicable terms before submitting payment. Once an order or service has been purchased, cancellations, refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be provided due to change of mind, failure to review the purchase details, or failure to use the purchased product or service.
For physical magazine orders, buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hidden Gemz Magazine is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Any damaged or incorrect order must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require supporting photos or other documentation.
For digital purchases, access or delivery information will be provided using the contact information supplied at checkout. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and contact information are accurate.
Hidden Gemz Magazine reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse an order when necessary due to circumstances such as payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory limitations, or unforeseen circumstances. If Hidden Gemz Magazine cancels an order before fulfillment, the buyer will be notified and, where applicable, may receive a refund.
